Who can be nominated?
Any freelancer, independent contractor, or small company (under 5 employees) can be nominated. Whether you're full-time freelance or doing it alongside other work, if you're operating independently and delivering great work for clients, you're eligible.
Can I nominate myself?
Absolutely! We encourage self-nominations. You know your work better than anyone else, and there's nothing wrong with putting yourself forward for recognition. Most of our winners are self-nominated freelancers who are proud of what they've built.
Can I enter multiple categories?
Yes, you can submit entries to as many categories as you qualify for. If your work spans multiple disciplines—for example, you're both a web designer and developer—feel free to enter both. Each category is judged independently.
What do I need to submit?
Your name, email, portfolio URL, category, and a brief description of your work (200-300 words). You can highlight specific projects, clients, or achievements that showcase why you deserve recognition. No lengthy applications or complex forms required.
How are winners selected?
Entries are reviewed and judged based on quality of work, creativity, impact, and professionalism. We use a combination of expert review and AI-assisted analysis to ensure fair evaluation across all submissions. Every entry is considered equally, regardless of company size or years of experience.
When are winners announced?
Winners will be announced in October. All entrants will be notified by email, and winners will be publicly announced on our website and social media channels. You'll receive your digital badge immediately upon announcement.
Is there really no cost to enter or win?
None whatsoever. Entry is completely free, winning is free, your digital badge is free, and being featured on our winners page is free. We only charge for optional physical trophies, which are offered at cost + small margin, not the hundreds of pounds most awards companies charge.
